It is a sexual dysfunction where person may be repulsed by sex or hates sex altogether.
Unlike low sexual desire, sexual aversion is a physical reaction against sex.
Person may feel nausea by thinking of sex, or feel like physically hitting the Partner.
Person with sexual aversion may want to run away or hide from sexual situations.
Sexual aversion may be associated with history of sexual abuse or trauma.
Sexual aversion may be situational and even against a spouse who forces her to have sex.
Medical reasons which affect sexual desire and arousal problems include depression, menopause, hypothyroidism, infection, panic disorders, alcoholism and other addictions.
These medical issues must be treated or brought in control before treating low sexual desire or sexual Aversion.
